1. Acceptance
By using the La Canasta platform and making a booking, you fully accept these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice and our Payment Policy.
2. Service description
La Canasta is a platform that allows users to book tourist transport services operated directly by La Canasta or by associated third parties. The features, schedules and prices of each service are shown on its corresponding detail page.
3. Booking process
- The customer selects the service, date and number of passengers.
- Provides their personal and contact details.
- Makes the corresponding advance payment.
- Receives the confirmation by email with their booking code and proforma.
- The remaining balance is paid at boarding, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Customer obligations
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Show up at the indicated place and time with the necessary documentation.
- Follow the operator's instructions during the service.
- Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The specific cancellation conditions are detailed in the Payment Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
La Canasta is not responsible for delays, modifications or cancellations caused by force majeure (weather, road blockades, authority restrictions, etc.). In such cases we will seek to offer a reasonable alternative or the corresponding refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos) is the property of La Canasta or its rightful owners and is protected by applicable legislation.
8. Changes
La Canasta reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of La Canasta's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise in favor of the consumer.
