Payment and Cancellation Policy

Pending legal review. The percentages and timeframes below are a reference proposal. They must be adjusted according to the client's final business rules.

1. Payment structure

To confirm your booking you must pay an advance equal to the percentage indicated on the service page (50% by default). The remaining balance is paid at boarding, unless otherwise indicated by the operator.

2. Payment methods

  • Advance: PayPal (credit/debit card or PayPal balance).
  • Remaining balance: cash or methods defined by the operator at boarding.

3. Cancellation policy

Between 48 hours and 7 days before 50%
Less than 48 hours before 0% (non-refundable)
No-show 0% and the remaining balance may be charged if applicable
Cancellation by La Canasta 100% or rescheduling at no cost

4. Date changes

You may request a date change up to 48 hours before the trip, subject to availability. Changes requested with less notice will be evaluated case by case.

5. Outstanding balance

If the customer does not pay the remaining balance at boarding, La Canasta reserves the right to refuse service with no obligation to refund the advance.

6. Refund requests

Requests must be sent to the responsible party's email including the booking code. Approved refunds are processed through the same channel as the original payment within up to 10 business days.

7. PayPal disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer accepts that the conditions described here will serve as valid evidence before PayPal and the applicable authorities.
